Give-A-Thon For Phoenix Children’s Raises $1,061,601 In 19 Hours
(September 13, 2012) – News-Talk 92.3 KTAR and Arizona Sports 620 teamed-up for once again for their annual Give-A-Thon and raised a record-breaking $1,061,601 in its 4th year for Phoenix Children’s Hospital in just 19 hours. This is the third year in a row that Bonneville Media’s two stations and websites, www.ktar.com and www.arizonasports.com have exceeded $1 million in donations. It’s also the first year that their third station, 98.7 The Peak was part of the event, raising more than $17,000 in its first “Pay To Play” day benefiting Phoenix Children’s.
