Project Name: Country Inn & Suites

Project Address: 808 N. Scottsdale Rd, Tempe, AZ (202 and Scottsdale Rd)

Job Notes: This project required a team of 6 painters and took approximately 4 weeks to complete. It required extensive prep work and detail to complete. The masking was very detailed in order to paint behind the metal bars under each window. Height was roughly 45’ tall and required a boom to paint. Customer was very happy and we’re glad they chose us to paint this high profile building.

Project Name: Harmon Ranch Fence Walls

Project Address: Harmon Ranch HOA, Ray Rd/Rural Rd, Chandler, 85226

Job Notes: This project was over 2 miles of fence walls that needed to be repainted. We were hired as a subcontractor to complete this work. All of the repairs were completed by the main contractor and we came in and pressure washed, finished repairs, and then repainted the walls. We rented a portable water carrier that enabled us to pressure wash the entire wall. We then spend 2 weeks on site priming and painting the walls. They now look great and will for another 8-10 years because of the high quality paints we used.

Project Name: Las Casitas Del Norte

Project Address: 6531 N. 3^rd Ave, Phoenix, 85013

Job Notes: This was a great project that consisted of 15 condominiums ranging in size from 1000 SQFT – 2000 SQFT. This job required extensive prep work as the place has not been painted in 10-15 years. We again worked directly with the HOA board to get this project completed in 3 weeks. Jobs like this one require us to treat each separate condo owner as an individual customer. We need to make sure that each homeowner is pleased with the work we completed as well as the HOA board.

Project Name: Winfield Villas

Project Address: (No specific address) Phase 1, 2, and 3 Villas Painting, Winfield Homeowners Association, Scottsdale, AZ

Job Notes: This job was broken down into 3 different phases in 3 different years. We completed 52 villas each year for a total of 156 villas. (Sizes varied between 1500-3000 Sqft). We worked directly with the maintenance supervisor and each separate homeowner to plan for the repainting of each unit. We had 3 crews working on this project for 6 weeks (per year) and completed if flawlessly. Each homeowner was notified which day we would be painting and we worked with them directly to help move furniture and patio items. The word-of-mouth in this community was unreal, we also painted numerous homes as a result of our great workmanship.

Project Name: Maya Condos

Project Address: 7625 E Camelback Rd, AZ (Camelback Rd and Hayden)

Job Notes: This project required a team of 8-10 painters. It was a very large project with over 20 buildings of various sizes. This job required us to completely strip the previous surface because the previous painting company did not properly prep the job. We then primed all bare stucco areas and repainted. Several areas required lifts and scaffolding to complete the job properly.
