Description Of Work:
Joe and Mando prepped the exterior of my home for painting (about 2200 sq ft), to include moving patio furniture and yard art: power washed surfaces, caulked and covered windows, doors and wood trim; filled in cracks and gapsin stucco; removed loose and peeling paint; primed all bare surfaces; replaced missing stucco; scaped and textured patio ceiling drywall; pulled back loose gravel and dirt to paint below the grade; masked off all unpainted areas; removed rust and repainted pool fence.

Joe and Mando showed up to work 2 consecutive mornings–bright and cheerful– at least 15 minutes early. I found them to be task driven, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about the painting process. They are very enthusiastic about their work, and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy! Joe eveh helped me pick out a security door to match the house. He continually monitored their progress, and touched up or redid work when necessary. He assured me that I would love my house, and that my neighbors would love it too! Before they were done, I had several neighbors stop by to admire the great job they did on my home.

Joe Bucko was the foreman and he was extremely professional, pleasant and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He was very responsive to my requests. There was minimal clean-up needed, which Joe and his co-worker did. Scheduling was easy and each day they arrived when they said they would. This is the second time I have used this company and I would use them again without hesitation. I highly recommend this company.

Complete exterior painting of a 4,000 Sq Ft stucco home. Included patching stucco cracks and 30 Ft of metal fence with a gate.

This was a very positive experience with Jeremy at Arizona Painting. I chose this company specifically because of their rating on Angie’s List. Jeremy was responsive to my requests. He even went out to my neighborhood to color match a house that we liked the color. He kept in touch with me periodically after the bid process to see if I was ready to start the job, but was not a bother. His contacts with me were appropriate and respectful. All deadlines were met promptly. My only suggestion for improvement: The foreman needs to come out and thoroughly check over the job. It’s not appropriate to contact the homeowner and ask them if everything is okay before you have checked the job. This is not a big deal, but an area I think could improve. Our house looks tremendous. I will be wanting some bids for interior painting Jeremy! Thank you
